Rosa's Apparel has been in business since 1984 and has employed many talented workers. The key element in maintaining and building the company's profile from the ground up, is the experienced, hard working, and very gifted individual, Villarosa. Starting the company in the basement of her own home working with one sewing machine and minimal resources, Villarosa has dedicated her entire life to the design and manufacturing of women's apparel.  Sewing is only one of her many talents that has enabled her to build a strong business, loyal and dedicated employees and a superb reputation in getting quality product delivered on time.

Our operators are very efficient and experienced in sewing any style of garment. They are very loyal to the Company and strive to meet production deadlines. While maintaining very hard working employees, we always keep an open communication line and a fun, enjoyable atmosphere.


 
We have 26 machines: Single needle, Double needle, Bartacker, Three, Four & Five thread Sergers, Coverstitches, Blindstitch hemmer, Zigzag, Button holer, Button sewer, Snap machine, Gramet machine, and Eyelet. We also have many types of trim finishers, such as binder, hemmer and folder.


 
We have a large cutting space, capable of handling all the cutting needs for a production of up to 15000 units per month. Our cutters are experienced in cutting a variety of fabrics, such as Nylon, Light Denim, Twill, Corduroy, Fleece, French Terry, Lycra, Velour, Velour Terry, Jersey, Comb Cotton, Interlock, Woven, Flannel, All rib types, Vinyl, and Satin.

We can create first patterns and samples, sales rep samples, grading and marking. Our company has developed the following styles: Sweatshirt, T-shirt, Pant, Dress, Coverall, Bib, Cardigan, Vest, Skirt, Short Jacket, Coats, Bag, Overall, Bubbly bib, Magic gown, Polo Shirt, Golf Shirt, Golf Jacket, Headband, Srunchy, Hat, Cap, Booties, Legging, Bike short, Pajama, Robe, our regular monthly run of production is a variety of knits for garment dyed.
